How does the TMD Chain Lock work?
The TMD Chain Lock is a keyless chain lock that connects to the TMD Locks app on your smartphone via Bluetooth.
Once you're near your ride, the TMD Chain Lock will make a connection. You can lock or unlock the lock with a single tap on your lock.
The lock also features a built-in alarm, which you can activate via the app or by pressing the button on the lock twice.
Can I still unlock my TMD Chain Lock if my phone's battery is dead?
Yes, if your phone battery is dead, you can always manually unlock the lock using your unique code, which you can set up in the app. This code can be entered using the button on the lock.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life depends on usage. With normal use, a fully charged battery lasts about 9 months. Charging the battery from 0 to 100% takes about 2 hours.
How loud is the alarm?
The alarm emits a sound of approximately 100 decibels. Enough to scare any thief away.
What features does the app offer?
The app lets you unlock your lock, track its last known location, share access with friends or family, and more.
