We didn’t start in bike locks. For over 20 years, our team has engineered protection for high-value financial infrastructure worldwide, securing more than 400,000 ATMs against serious threats. Now, we’re applying that same uncompromising expertise to something closer to home: your ride.

We’re entering an explosive growth phase where online marketing is at the absolute core of our strategy, and we’re looking for a rockstar intern who wants to combine marketing, events, socials, and operations. It’s a truly all-round role because, in our experience, that’s exactly where you learn the most.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be fully embedded in our core team, driving everything from viral marketing to slick operations.

  • Award-Winning Growth:
    You will help us prep, enter, and dominate industry competitions. Your goal? Make sure we win every single design, innovation, and security award possible.
  • The UGC Engine:
    You will be the driving force behind the creation of User Generated Content (UGC). You'll scout creators, build relationships, and get our locks into the hands of people who love making killer content.
  • Hype & PR:
    You ensure absolutely everyone knows who TMD Locks is, making sure top tech, lifestyle, and design media are constantly writing about us.
  • Website & E-com:
    Making updates, adjusting copy/images, and supporting e-commerce optimization.
  • Social Support:
    Creating, editing, scheduling, and analyzing organic content that cuts through the noise.
  • Customer Care & Operations:
    Helping our clients with orders while setting up a smart feedback loop to improve our product and supply chain.

In short: You’ll help us grow from an ambitious startup to an undisputed category challenger. You will see your work, your content, and your award wins out in the real world every day.

What we're looking for

  • You’re studying marketing, communications, media, creative business, or a similar field.
  • You prefer creative, out-of-the-box thinking over corporate jargon.
  • You write clearly, quickly, and with personality.
  • You’re curious, self-driven, and not afraid to try bold new marketing tactics.
  • You have a sharp eye for design, security innovation, and modern lifestyle trends.

Bonus points: Experience with Canva/Figma, TikTok/Reels production, photography/video editing, or running social ads.
